Built around the renewal date

The Renews and Owner columns are the point. A dated renewal with a named owner is a contract someone will actually review; a blank one is a charge that re-ups on autopilot. The Notes column is where “re-quote before renewal” lives so it isn't forgotten.

How to use it

Copy it to Sheets, add every vendor and contract, and sort by renewal date. Review each one in the window before it fires — that's when cancelling or renegotiating still works. Recurrings watches those dates for a business automatically; this is the manual version.

Common questions

Why a dedicated renewal tracker?

Renewals are where money leaks: auto-renew contracts nobody owns, annual invoices that surprise you, vendors that outlived their use. A tracker with the renewal date and an owner per row stops them slipping through.

What should I review before each renewal?

Whether you still need it, whether the price changed, and whether anyone owns the relationship. Do it in the window before it auto-renews — that's when you can still cancel or renegotiate.

Can I keep it live automatically?

A template needs manual upkeep. Recurrings tracks renewal dates for a business automatically and warns you before each one — the template is a great place to start.

Never get ambushed by a renewal

Recurrings dates every vendor renewal and warns you in time to cancel or renegotiate.
