Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free forever: up to 5 items and one statement scan, with renewal alerts. Upgrade to Personal for unlimited items and scans plus Baaki AI when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve, in two clicks, right inside the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your data stays exportable. We track cancellations for a living; ours won't be hard to find.
Can I switch plans or go monthly ↔ yearly?
Anytime, in-app — no emailing support. Changes are prorated, and you see exactly what you'll be charged today (and the new recurring amount) before you confirm. No surprise charges, ever.
What does “finds more than it costs — or it's free” mean?
If recurrings.ai doesn't surface at least its subscription price in waste, duplicate charges, or forgotten renewals, tell us and we'll make it right. The product exists to save you money — it should earn its keep.
How does per-employee pricing work for Team and Business?
You're billed per active employee, monthly, with a small plan minimum. Seats adjust as your team grows or shrinks, prorated automatically.
Is my card safe?
Payments run entirely on Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only what's needed to show you a receipt.
