Summary
recurrings.ai helps you track recurring commitments. We collect the information the service needs to work, we never ask for your bank credentials, we do not sell your personal information, our AI providers are contractually prohibited from training on your content, and you can export your data or request deletion at any time. We use standard analytics and marketing-measurement tools to understand and improve the product — but the financial documents you upload, the emails you forward, and your private recurring-spend data are never shared with advertisers.
Information we collect
Information you provide. Your name and email address when you create an account or join the waitlist; documents and content you choose to submit to your workspace (such as financial statements or forwarded receipts), which may include merchant names, amounts, and dates; and items, budgets, and settings you create in the product.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service — such as log data, device and browser type, session identifiers, and analytics events about how the site and product are used. The specific analytics and measurement tools we use are listed under Cookies below.
Information from integrations you enable. Optional connections (for example, a calendar) are off by default and process data only after you explicitly enable them.
What we never collect. Your online-banking usernames or passwords. The product is designed to work from documents you choose to share, not from credentialed access to your accounts.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service: extracting and organizing the commitments in the documents you submit, generating reminders and insights you request, securing accounts, providing support, communicating service updates, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we never use the financial content you submit — your statements, forwarded emails, or recurring-spend data — for advertising.
AI processing
recurrings.ai uses artificial intelligence to read the documents you submit and answer the questions you ask. Content is processed by enterprise AI providers under commercial agreements that prohibit using your content to train their models. AI features that answer questions are read-only: they can summarize and draft, but cannot transact, modify accounts, or take actions on your behalf.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted, workspace data is isolated per customer, and uploaded documents are stored privately — never publicly accessible. We review our security posture continuously; details of our practices are described on our security page.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active, because history is the product — trends, price-change detection, and renewals depend on it. When your workspace is deleted, its records and files are deleted with it, subject to brief backup cycles and any retention required by law.
Your rights
You can access and export your data, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion of your account at any time. We extend these rights to all users, wherever you live — including rights of access, portability, correction, and deletion under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU GDPR. To exercise any of them, reach us via the contact page or privacy@recurrings.ai. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children
recurrings.ai is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 16.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially, we will say so plainly — on this page and, for account holders, by email. Questions or requests: contact us or write to privacy@recurrings.ai.
