Get things in
There are three doors, and none of them is a bank login.
Upload a statement
CSV or PDF, up to 15 MB. The AI reads every transaction — at no point do we ask for your banking credentials.
Forward an email
Your workspace has a private inbox address. Receipts, renewal notices, and policy emails become tracked items; newsletters are ignored.
Add it by hand
Rent, a birthday, a visa renewal, a retainer — anything with a date and a rhythm can live on your map, money or not.
AI makes sense of it
Raw lines become living commitments.
Extraction
Merchant, normalized vendor, amount, currency, category — per charge, with the full transaction ledger preserved.
Pattern recognition
Billing cycles are inferred — weekly to yearly — each with a confidence score, grouped into month-by-month history.
Waste detection
Duplicates by vendor matching, price drift on any vendor whose amount changes, and lapsed items that haven't charged in ten weeks.

Warnings before anything hits
Renewal and overspend alerts by email, your Slack channel, or a WhatsApp message from Baaki — with a test button so you trust the channel before it matters.
Your calendar, included
Subscribe via a private .ics feed from Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars, or sync two-way with Google Calendar.
Answers on demand
Baaki proposes — mark cancelled, recategorize, stop tracking — you confirm, it applies. Nothing changes without you.
And then it keeps going
Subscriptions are the door, not the room. Everything with a date lands in one queue — overdue, upcoming, done — whether the AI observed it in your charges, read it from an email you forwarded, or you added it yourself. New observations arrive as suggestions and wait for you. Nothing here comes from a template.

Common questions
Do I need to connect my bank?
No — and that's deliberate. Statements and forwarded emails give the AI everything it needs. There's no bank login to leak because there's no bank login.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes: create a workspace, upload one statement or forward one receipt, and your map starts building itself.
Does it handle non-money recurrings?
Yes. Anything with a rhythm — birthdays, car service, medication refills, license renewals — can be added and tracked with the same alerts as a subscription.
What about teams?
Workspaces support owner, admin, member, and viewer roles, with an optional approval policy so new commitments wait for the right eyes before counting.
Does it work in my country?
Yes — anywhere. recurrings.ai doesn't depend on a bank network — statements are the input, wherever your bank is. Every currency is tracked honestly without blended FX, and alerts reach you by email, Slack, or WhatsApp wherever you are.
