Terms of Service

recurrings.ai is software that tracks recurring commitments — for individuals and for teams — using AI to extract structure from statements and emails you choose to provide, and to alert you before things renew, expire, or fall due. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The service is currently in private beta and provided free of charge. Beta means features may change, be added, or be removed, and occasional rough edges are part of the deal. We'll treat your data with the care described in our Privacy Policy regardless of beta status.

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. Workspace owners and admins control membership and roles; you are responsible for who you invite and what permissions you grant them.

Statements, emails, and items you add remain your data. You grant us the limited license needed to process them for you — parsing, storing, analyzing, and displaying them inside your workspace. We don't sell your data, and our AI provider does not train models on it.

Only upload content you have the right to share. For team workspaces, that includes having authority to share your organization's billing data.

AI extraction and AI answers can be wrong. Confidence scores, detected cycles, savings estimates, and Copilot responses are assistance, not gospel — verify before acting on anything consequential. recurrings.ai is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and the Copilot is read-only by design: it never cancels, modifies, or transacts on your behalf.

Don't probe or disrupt the service, attempt to access other workspaces, upload malware, use the service to violate law, or resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other customers.

Everything is free during beta — no payment method is collected. When paid plans launch, pricing will be published in advance, beta members will receive early-access pricing, and nothing converts to paid silently. Cancellation will always be self-serve.

You can stop using recurrings.ai anytime and request export of your data and deletion of your account via privacy@recurrings.ai. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and venue will be finalized before general availability and updated here with notice. If these terms change materially, we'll announce it plainly — on this page and, for account holders, by email. Questions: legal@recurrings.ai.
